Hi well I have started to try and keep to what I wish for the new year (getting healthy) I have started walking
Every second evening I walk 3 kilometers and the other nights I do circuit
I know 3 kilometers isn’t much but for me so over weight I am happy with it and once I m happy and up to par I will increase the distance
