Again

Oh I do miss coming on line and going through all the sites I enjoy, and also putting a little on my own pages

But these past weeks I have just been so busy with one thing or another and by the time evening comes I am just too exhausted to come on.

With this move all I could get was wireless connection for the net and I don’t like it prefer my broadband, hopefully that will be available here soon.

And on top of this I had to get a new laptop, at least I am happy with that!

At Last

Well haven’t managed to be on here much at all My cold turned out to be a flu and kidney infection, which sent me to bed, kidney is fine now but the flu just lingers on in the background

We have finally settled into the new place though I still haven’t unpacked everything!

My grandson got a fairly decent report last week at his check up he doesn’t have to go back for 8 weeks so I am taking that as good news :-)

It may take me a few weeks to get through everyone’s pages so please bare with me I promise I will be on your page soon

Shock

Well what a shock I heard the other day from one of my grand kids who is 8 while the class were in the yard doing PT, someone went into there class room and killed there goldfish, by cutting them up into pieces with scissors. Placing some of the pieces on the teacher’s desk!

I have been thinking since then what on earth would cause a child to do such an act I am truly at a lose!

What is this child seeing in his or her home? I can only assume it has to have some reflection on how this child has acted

Houses of Colour

A few years ago I done a little traveling and seen some beautiful places
The coloured houses especially I found them so beautiful and one day would love to live in a place like one of these images filled with such beauty!






I seen some places in the UK had adopted the bright colour schemes but I didn't like it there at all they looked a bit too gaudy for me!

When I get older, losing my hair, many years from now,

I could be handy, mending a fuse, when your lights have gone.
You can knit a sweater by the fireside, Sunday mornings, go for a ride.
Doing the garden, digging the weeds, who could ask for more?
Will you still need me, will you still feed me, when I'm sixty-four?

Every summer we can rent a cottage in the Isle of Wight if it's not to dear.
We shall scrimp and save. Ah, grandchildren on your knee, Vera, Chuck, and Dave.

Send me a postcard, drop me a line stating point of view.
Indicate precisely what you mean to say, yours sincerely wasting away.
Give me your answer, fill in a form, mine forever more.

Puppies

This is Aunt Nessie

She is one cool Bull Mastiff

She wouldn't have anything to do with them, but thankfully Nessie adopted them such a good mother she was!

This is Winston one of the above puppies at seven months old a big boy he is

The two girls had 10 pups each 20 little mastiffs running around pull your hair out!

Life is too short to wake up with regrets. So love the people who treat you right. Forget about the ones who don't. Believe everything happens for a reason. If you get a second chance, grab it with both hands. If it changes your life, let it. Nobody said life would be easy, they just promised it would be worth it.

Friends are like balloons; once you let them go, you can't get them back. But friends I will tie to my heart so I never lose them.

Oh my MP3 player retired today now I am in two minds if I should get another or not.
Some of them are so expensive, and if you are going to get one you have to make sure it's a good one.
The new ipod looks pretty good but there are lots of brands out there to chose from

Oh well I will make up my mind tomorrow after a little more searching on here

Do any of you use an MP3 player? I used mine lots for school would listen to music while I worked lol
I also would have my memory sticks with me which are really handy with lots of space to load onto it for home work etc
They are really handy even for use in the library so many uses for them I couldn't mention everything there useful for!
